Eliza offers individual, family and couples counselling.

You can choose from an hour to an hour & half session.

Eliza will spend time getting to know you, your circumstances and your goals for what you would like to work on together in your sessions.

In person appointments are offered at our Hamilton Office in Beaumont Street. Alternatively, online telehealth video calls are an option for those who prefer.

Costs

Initial Session (60-90 minutes) – $200

Ongoing Individual Sessions (60 minutes) – $180

Individual Session (90 minutes) – $220

Couple/ Family Session (60 minutes) – $180

Couple/ Family Session (90 minutes) – $220

If you are experiencing any financial hardship that is getting in the way of accessing support, please do not hesitate to contact Eliza to discuss your circumstances as we may be able to assist you with payment arrangements. We believe all people should have access to mental health support regardless of financial difficulties.

Medicare

While you do not need a referral to access our counselling, to receive the Medicare rebate you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

With a Mental Health Care Plan through the Medicare Better Access Scheme, you receive 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. This means that Medicare will pay $79.05 each standard session for 10 sessions. Speak to your GP to see if this may be something you are eligible for.

Private Health Insurance

Speak to your health insurance provider to confirm whether you are covered for mental health services by an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.

NDIS

At this stage Eliza is not a registered NDIS provider, however, in most circumstances she can provide services to people who are self-managed or plan managed. Please check the individual plan requirements with NDIS to see if Eliza meets the criteria to be a suitable unregistered provider for you. Please note that any cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment with incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment may require full payment. Please provide sufficient notice of cancellations so that a service can be provided to as many people as possible.
